Meter-Master pressure and level sensors are available in numerous versions and configurations. Applications include the continuous monitoring of hydraulic systems, water, gas, oil, process, industrial, medical, and aerospace. Meter-Master sensors are also ideal for the measurement and control of pressure in refrigeration, pneumatic, compressor, HVAC, and engine monitoring systems. Submersible versions are available for the accurate measurement of the depth and level of liquids. Submersible applications include reservoir level, borehole fluid level, water distribution systems, outlet pressure on submersible pumps, and wastewater.

Standard outputs include 4-20mA, 0-100mv, 0-5vdc, and 0-10vdc. Standard connections are 1/4" and 1/2" NPT and 1/4" and 1/2" BSP. Alternative connections are available. Standard depth/level sensors are fitted with a stainless steel nose cone to prevent sludge build-up. For sludge/slurry applications, the sensor can be mounted on a platform to lift the sensor above the sludge/tar level. For aggressive and corrosive liquids, depth/ level sensors are available in a range of materials including Inconel 625, Hastalloy C, and Titanium.

Other versions include differential pressure transmitters, military specification models, and barrier seals for applications where direct sensor contact to the process media is undesirable. Barrier seals may be attached directly to the process connection or remotely via a stainless steel capillary.
